The Vacancy – Bank Registered Nurse

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the John Whitgift Foundation as a Bank Registered Nurse
Based in South Croydon, Whitgift Care provide a caring and safe environment for our residents.
The role
The Bank Registered Nurse is responsible for the following:
To ensure the provision of excellent, evidence-based nursing care for our residents at all times.
To act as facilitator, help and support to visiting Consultants and other Clinicians and Practitioners.
Ensure the provision of a welcoming, caring, clean and safe environment for our residents.
To communicate complex and sensitive information effectively to patients, carers and other staff, overcoming any barriers to understanding and providing support during distressing or emotional events.
About You
You will be a competent and experienced Registered Nurse.
A willingness to learn and apply that learning.
A great communicator, able to mediate and reach solutions.
The ability to manage a diverse workload, prioritising and working to deadlines.
Can work autonomously as well as part of a team.
Commitment to follow the code of conduct for social care workers and to be governed by its principles in practice.

Staff Training
All our staff take part in a structured training programme which is tailored to each individual and is geared to help them to offer the high standards of care that are expected in a Whitgift Care home.
