Training Administrator needed for our Solihull Site.
39.5 hours per week
Monday – Thursday 7.30-16.00 Friday 7.30 – 15.30

Are you ready to work for one of the largest manufacturers of liquid waste vacuum tankers and jetting equipment in Europe?
We are looking for someone who is able to deliver accurate and efficient processing of service and training related administration on a daily basis.
You would be working in the Training Department and would be processing training course booking and responding to customer enquiries.
We are looking for someone who is able to:
Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone and in person
Process training course bookings through internal systems
Efficiently coordinate training providers to deliver required training in acceptable timescale
Liaise with training providers and venues to confirm and cancel events
Organise delegate accommodation where required
Support the Training & Development Officer to create and improve learning pathways
Support the Technical Trainer to ensure all course materials are relevant and suitable
Collate and act upon course feedback
Processing purchase order numbers and invoices
Maintain Training email inboxes
