We have an exciting opportunity for a People Services Team Leader to join our professional HR Team!     

We're looking for someone who can lead our People Services Team delivering Payroll, HR Operations, Recruitment and support for the People and Culture function.  

People Services is our central point of contact for colleagues across the organisation which includes maintaining and controlling the people and culture systems and processes across the organisation. This is a key role in our people team ensuring all central people services and processes are managed and delivered effectively across the whole colleague life cycle. 

What we’re looking for:       

• Payroll Qualification CIPP Level 5 or equivalent 

• Experience of leading and managing a Payroll Team, or a HR Operations function with line management experience. 

• Experience of working in a team delivering Human Resources operations, or payroll or recruitment. 

• Experience of implementing systems, processes and ways of working which support overall business performance 

• Sound working knowledge of current legislation as it applies to the work of People Services (HR Operations, payroll, pensions, recruitment) 

• Experienced in the use of HR information systems 

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products, in particular Word and Excel 

• Strong MI, presentation and reporting skills
