We’re seeking a Strategic Account Manager to take ownership of key accounts, grow revenue, and build strong partnerships while optimising operational costs. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our success.

Position Overview

As a Strategic Account Manager, you’ll manage and grow revenue within an assigned territory, working closely with our top partners to deliver superior account management and strategic consulting. Using your analytical skills and strategic mindset, you’ll identify performance gaps, tackle challenges, and implement actionable plans that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving Revenue: Manage a defined region or portfolio of key accounts, delivering sustainable growth.
  • Strategic Leadership: Establish, nurture, and execute commerce opportunities, presenting strategies to senior leadership.
  • Building Awareness: Promote brand visibility through campaigns, networking, and industry collaborations.
  • Territory Management: Define objectives and growth opportunities within your accounts.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse trends, identify performance challenges, and create improvement strategies.
  • Best Practice Implementation: Embed account management standards into the business development framework.
