About You

Are you passionate about leveraging customer insights and CRM systems to drive meaningful engagement and business growth? Do you have experience in Pardot and Salesforce? Excel at crafting strategies that improve lead conversion, enhance customer retention, and deliver exceptional experiences across the customer journey?

We are looking for a dynamic Senior CRM Manager to take ownership of our customer relationship strategies and lead nurture initiatives, working across teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial engagement to purchase or rental completion.

You will bring:

  • Experience That Matters: Over five years of proven experience in CRM and lead nurture programs, with hands-on expertise in Salesforce, Pardot, and data analytics tools like GA4 and Power BI.
  • Strategic Vision: A sharp, strategic thinker with strong planning skills and a track record of delivering impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Analytical Skills: Adept at interpreting data to inform decisions and enhance customer engagement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to build relationships and collaborate at all levels.
  • Compliance Savvy: Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices for secure CRM management.

What You will Do:

  • Develop CRM Excellence: Design and execute customer contact strategies that align with business goals and enhance lead conversion.
  • Master CRM Tools: Manage Salesforce and Pardot, tailoring systems to business needs and maintaining clean, actionable data.
  • Leverage Data Insights: Analyse customer behaviour, refine segmentation strategies, and create targeted, personalised campaigns.
  • Automate & Engage: Build automated CRM journeys that engage leads and nurture them through the customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Marketing, Sales, IT, and external agencies to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.
  • Optimise Customer Journeys: Map and enhance touchpoints across the customer lifecycle for a seamless experience.
  • Drive Compliance & Security: Ensure data protection compliance and maintain secure data management practices.
  • Achieve Results: Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and use insights to refine strategies for optimal ROI.

Your Attributes

You will have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • The ability to learn procedures quickly and efficiently.
  • Excellent ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Skilled in fostering positive teamwork and contributing to shared goals.
  • Proficient in building strong relationships and promoting team cohesion.
  • Time management, resilient, flexible, multi-tasking, tenacious and agile.
