Head of Estates and Facilities
Band 7
This is a full time, permanent position for 37.5 hours per week.
We are seeking a self-motivated leader to manage our busy Estates & Facilities team. This role forms part of the St Gemma’s Leadership team and you will have accountability for all aspects of the estate including maintenance, security, health and safety, fire safety, catering and housekeeping. You will also support the needs of all 26 retail shops across the Estate.
You will support the Exec team in delivering the Hospice’s strategy and support plans, working with the senior leadership team on projects and key deliverables.
