We are recruiting for a Shift Team Leader based within Thrybergh at our site in Rotherham. Reporting to the Shift Engineer, the purpose of the role is to lead and direct the activities of a shift multi-disciplined team within the manufacturing unit, ensuring that plant operational targets, product quality, customer service and health & safety objectives are met. This role is there to effectively maximise engineering availability to optimise unit production to meet annual plan objectives for the works. The Role of the Shift Electrical Team Leader Operating as a working member of the team, the position exists to support the Plant/Department Manager by leading and directing a shift including contractors as appropriate to ensure that plant production, operational and maintenance targets product quality and yield, optimum level of service and health and safety objectives are achieved.
