We’re looking for a Mobile Site Caretaker to help maintain our properties and provide essential support to our tenants. If you enjoy variety in your work, like being on the move, and have a keen eye for maintenance and safety, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:
No two days will be the same! Your role will include:
Repairs & Maintenance: Carrying out basic repairs, touch-ups, and coordinating larger repair work with contractors.
Health & Safety: Conducting regular safety checks, testing communal systems, and reporting risks or hazards.
Community Support: Keeping communal areas well-maintained, offering advice to tenants, and reporting any concerns such as anti-social behaviour or fly-tipping.
Contractor Oversight: Ensuring cleaning and grounds maintenance contractors meet high standards and addressing any issues.
Team Collaboration: Providing support to colleagues during absences and attending tenant meetings when required.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re after someone with hands-on experience in property maintenance, caretaking, or a similar role. You’ll need:
Practical Skills - Confidence in handling minor repairs and general maintenance tasks.
Health & Safety Awareness - A solid understanding of safety procedures.
Tech-Savviness - The ability to use smartphones, iPads, and emails for reporting.
Time Management - The ability to work independently, manage your workload efficiently, and follow procedures.
Communication Skills - The ability to liaise with contractors, tenants, and colleagues effectively.
A valid UK manual driving licence is essential, as this is a mobile role.
