Key Responsibilities:

  • View vehicle images from inspection teams and emails to ascertain details.
  • Utilise your experience with multi-profile accounts and catalogues to assist during peak times and support the manager.
  • Understand daily targets and priorities, and apply your multi-skilled parts knowledge.
  • Assist the Parts Manager with projects, system development, and mentoring new accounts.
  • Check ETA on parts orders and provide weekly reports to account managers.
  • Escalate back-ordered parts with suppliers and find compatible alternatives.
  • Support inbound parts volume and allocate resources during peak times.
  • Apply your technical knowledge of vehicles to identify correct repairs and parts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Understanding of day-to-day operations and priorities.
  • Multi-skilled parts knowledge with expertise in multi-contract E CAT and parts identification.
  • Ability to switch roles and duties based on customer needs.
  • Experience in assisting with system development and mentoring new accounts.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage ETA checks and weekly reporting.
  • Problem-solving skills to handle back-ordered parts and find alternatives.
  • Supportive team player with the ability to manage peak times effectively.
  • Technical knowledge of vehicles and collaboration with mechanical technicians.
