Are you a highly organised and proactive leader with experience in property maintenance scheduling? We are looking for a Scheduling Manager to oversee our planning team and ensure the smooth delivery of reactive and planned repairs for Stockport Homes Group and other clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 8 Planners, ensuring that maintenance and repairs are scheduled efficiently and delivered on time. You will work closely with Service Managers and operational teams to ensure that all work is prioritised effectively and meets the needs of our customers. A key part of the role will be maintaining strong communication with residents, keeping them informed about their repairs and any changes that may affect them. You will also be responsible for monitoring budgets and key performance indicators, ensuring that targets are met while maintaining high standards of service. Using customer feedback and performance data, you will play a crucial role in identifying areas for improvement and driving service enhancements.
To succeed in this role, you will have experience in maintenance planning or repairs scheduling, along with strong leadership and team management skills. You should be confident in working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities, and delivering excellent customer service. A good understanding of budget management, IT systems, and performance reporting will also be essential.
