The vacancy
Exciting news, we are opening a community gym on the RBLI village in Aylesford Kent. We are recruiting 3 Part -Time Fitness Instructors to cover operational hours, between 6am-8pm Monday - Friday and 8am - 6pm Weekends. This will be through a mixed shift pattern.
The Fitness Instructor will create a positive and comfortable environment for members to exercise and train in. Giving assistance and using your knowledge to enhance the member experience while encouraging safe practices.
Providing a professional, effective and safe fitness testing, ensure safety of equipment and complete gym inductions and gym floor coverage in line with company standards. Ensuring health, safety and cleanliness of the areas are maintained.
