As a Performance Analyst you will provide data analysis to support the improvement of customer experience across the delivery organisation, as well as focusing on the development of root cause analysis and delivering insight to the Field Team to drive business improvement. You will be joining a close-knit team that works well together and analyses complex data to work alongside the wider business to drive improvements across a wide variety of metrics.
