Customer Success Business Partner

Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving business success? We’re looking for a Customer Success Business Partner to join our team and ensure our clients get the most value from our products and services.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth transition
✅ Driving customer renewals and identifying service upselling opportunities
✅ Reviewing client usage and tracking success metrics across key accounts
✅ Upselling enhanced recruitment services and solutions
✅ Managing a portfolio of clients and fostering long-term relationships
✅ Working closely with the Operational Team to improve client experience
✅ Assisting with data migration processes and reporting on CRM activity
