We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join our established team. Reporting to our Compliance Manager, our Compliance Inspector will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of asset management. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to our organization's success. In addition, we are looking for candidates that have a passion to advocate on behalf of people and communities.
What do our Compliance Inspector’s do;
Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Identify and report any compliance issues or risks, recommending corrective actions as necessary.
Collaborate with various departments to implement compliance measures and improve processes.
Maintain accurate records of inspections and compliance activities.
Provide training and guidance on compliance matters to colleagues as needed.
What we are looking for;
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks and asset management principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and reports.
