We have an exciting opportunity for multiple Passenger Services Agents to join our Operations department at Condor Ferries in Guernsey.
The Role
Profil
To be successful in this role you will need to have previous experience in a Customer Service, Sales or Travel environment speaking directly with passengers and Travel Advisors.
You will have excellent communication and administrative skills with the ability to plan and prioritise work according to business needs.
Maintaining product and brand knowledge, along with being aware of the business commercial focus, ensuring revenue.
You will be able to remain calm and professional in a pressurised environment whilst ensuring you meet the required deadlines.
We look for a positive attitude, confidence, flexibility, a friendly disposition, and importantly a genuine passion to help others and to provide quality service.

The Company
Condor Ferries was founded in 1964 and initially operated a passenger service between France and the Channel Islands. In 1985 the first service linking the Channel Islands with the UK was launched and since then Condor Ferries has operated a year-round service connecting the UK, Guernsey and Jersey and the port of St Malo in France. Each year we carry over 1 million passengers and 200,000 passenger vehicles on our services.
