Salary: £17,129 - £23,864 per annum, pro rata of the full time equivalent (FTE) £28,168 - £39,244 per annum, Trainer/Assessor Grade 5 – 13 (Dependant on skills, qualifications & experience)

Trainer/Assessor in Health & Care - About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Trainer/Assessor in Health and Care to join our team, supporting learners in healthcare and social care environments, including hospitals, surgeries, day clinics and service user’s homes. You'll support learners both remotely and within their workplaces and includes all aspects of training, assessment, adherence to Quality Assurance and regulatory standards. You'll support and motivate a caseload of learners, integrating key topics such as safeguarding, British values, and EDI into your sessions. You'll manage communication with learners and their line managers, ensuring progress and implementing action plans as needed.
