An Associate Technical Consultant is an entry-level position focused on assisting in the development and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE solutions. This role involves working with senior consultants and developers, providing practical experience in low-code development, automation, and integrations. The preferred candidate is willing to learn, has a keen interest in business applications and digital transformation, and can contribute to projects while acquiring technical and consulting skills.

 

What will I be doing?

  • Assist in Solution Development – Support the design and configuration of Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards. 
  • Customization & Low-Code Development – Learn how to configure Model-Driven and Canvas Apps, applying best practices for usability and performance. 
  • Data & Integration Support – Assist with data migration and integration tasks under the guidance of senior consultants. 
  • Incident Management – Handle customer-raised incidents, learning how to troubleshoot and resolve issues while developing problem-solving and customer service skills. 
  • Testing & Troubleshooting – Perform basic testing, debugging, and documentation for Power Platform solutions. 
  • Collaboration & Learning – Work with solution architects, technical consultants, and project managers, gaining real-world experience in solution delivery. 
  • Training & Documentation – Support the creation of technical documentation and training materials for end-users. 
  • Professional Development – Engage in continuous learning, staying updated with Power Platform innovations. 

 

What will I bring to the role?

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Some experience with low-code/no-code development or coding in JavaScript, C#, SQL, or PowerFX (preferred).
  • Strong interest in Microsoft Dynamics 365, business applications, and digital transformation.
  • Experience in working on and resolving helpdesk tickets.
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Basic understanding of business processes and digital transformation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and collaborate effectively.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented environment.
