This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

You will lead the Crew Resource Department in the effective rostering & management of crew including certification and training.

  • You will manage a team of crew administrators and manage the 24 hours duty resource planner on a rotational basis.
  • You will monitor the Rest Days and achieve’ zero’ balance.
  • You will ensure budgetary control in line with the crew expenses budget & crewing budgets
  • You will assist with welfare, medical and repatriation as necessary

 

It is essential you are familiar with STCW regulations and associated certificates.

It is essential you have are diplomatic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

It is desirable you have prior experience as a crew member

Condor Ferries was founded in 1964 and initially operated a passenger service between France and the Channel Islands. In 1985 the first service linking the Channel Islands with the UK was launched and since then Condor Ferries has operated a year-round service connecting the UK, Guernsey and Jersey and the port of St Malo in France. Each year we carry over 1 million passengers and 200,000 passenger vehicles on our services.
