🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to expert for resolving complex, business-critical end user issues
  • Develop a deep knowledge of software, finance systems, vehicle data, and integrations to troubleshoot and innovate
  • Lead a team on queue management, root-cause analysis, platform and process optimisation, as well as feedback to delivery team via metrics.
  • Mentor and support the development of other team members
  • Engage directly with clients and 3rd parties to enhance the customer experience and reduce support demand

🧠 What You Bring

  • Proven experience in technical support, ideally in SaaS, finance, or automotive
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you're confident digging into code-level issues
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Solid grasp of vehicle, finance, and integration systems
  • Familiarity with tools like ticketing platforms, CRMs, and debugging tools
  • Experience of mentoring or coaching in a collaborative team environment
