We are recruiting for Collections Advisors to be part of our Motor Collections teams based from either our Cardiff or Manchester office.
Offering a salary from £25,000 and a discretionary annual bonus scheme, this is the perfect opportunity to start building a fantastic career.
You will be contracted to work 35 hours per week: shift patterns between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 8am-12pm Saturdays (1 in 3). Working 2 days per week onsite, 3 days at home.
What’s more, we offer 30 days holiday plus bank holidays, so you can really enjoy those important breaks!
We have a fantastic training plan, which is 3 weeks onsite (9am – 5pm) to give you maximum support, with a further training provided in our supportive coaching phase, so you’ll have all the tools you need to do your best! Once your training is complete, you’ll then move to the hybrid working model.
