This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, solving problems, and being part of a team that helps businesses succeed.

This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of 3 days per week based at our Manchester office (M1 4DY).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Making pre-migration calls to understand customer setups and explain the next steps
  • Conducting post-migration ‘health check’ calls to ensure everything is running smoothly
  • Providing clear, helpful support and resolving customer queries
  • Collaborating with teams across the business to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience
  • Managing your time effectively and keeping accurate records

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Enjoy speaking with people and can build positive relationships quickly
  • Are proactive, organised, and comfortable managing your own workload
  • Can handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Are curious and confident using digital tools (you don’t need a tech background)
  • Bring a problem-solving mindset and a calm, professional attitude

🌟 Why Join IRIS?

At IRIS, we’re committed to helping you build a successful and rewarding career. From day one, you’ll have the support, training, and tools you need to thrive.

  • A hybrid working model – with a minimum of 3 days each week at our Manchester office (M1 4DY)
  • A supportive team environment where your contribution is valued
  • Structured training and clear development pathways
  • A welcoming, inclusive culture with a focus on growth
  • Opportunities to progress within a market-leading UK software business

4️⃣ Final interview
You’ll meet some of the team you’d be working with and talk more about the day-to-day of the role. We want to get to know you, but just as importantly, we want you to get to know us. This stage gives you a real feel for the culture, the people, and what it’s like to be part of IRIS.
