The Vacancy
We have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Business Analyst to join our Wates team within our Responsive Maintenance division covering various contracts. You will be working out of either our Birmingham or London office, dependant on your location. You will be reporting into the IT Programme Manager, working across projects and programmes to identify business problems and opportunities. You will be analysing, documenting, and validating requirements to then define and implement suitable IT and business solutions for the Wates Property Services business.
We are looking for a qualified IT Business Analyst with experience of undertaking a full end-to-end role on multiple or complex projects/programmes. You will have a strong understanding of business analysis techniques and delivering methodologies such as Waterfall.
To be successful in this role you will be a collaborative and effective communicator with the ability to interact with stakeholders of all levels as well as the skills to breakdown complex problems and manage projects through to successful completion.
