Solicitor (3+PQE) - Employment

The vacancy
Are you a skilled Employment Solicitor looking to progress your career? Due to continued growth at the firm and in the employment department, we are seeking a motivated and experienced solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join our dynamic Grimsby team.
The role is to support our busy employment team in the Grimsby office which consist of three Partners, a solicitor and a specialist employment paralegal. Our Employment team predominantly advises a diverse range of businesses of all sizes, from SMEs to household names and PLCs, across multiple sectors (including education, agriculture, food, public authorities, and the third sector) based locally, regionally and nationally. You will also assist with Claimant advice including settlement agreements and Employment Tribunal claims.

Your role will include:
- Manage a caseload covering the full spectrum of employment law (predominantly Respondent, but also some Claimant work).
- Provide employment law support to our corporate and commercial teams.
- Deliver a technically strong, client-focused, and collaborative service.
- Meet financial targets and maintain good financial hygiene within your caseload and the wider team.
You will have:
- 3 years + PQE
- Excellent client facing skills and the ability to nurture existing clients and third-party relationships as well as the ability to help develop new business and assist in networking events.
