Join Close Brothers Motor Finance Team where you will support the Motor business to deliver engaging customer and partner communications across a range of channels, online and offline. Working as part of the Marketing team our ideal team member will have previous experience of creating copy used across a wide range of channels with excellent attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Be the copywriting subject matter expert within our customer-facing programmes.
Work with multi-functional teams to support the design of customer contact strategies that deliver the programme objectives in line with our brand experience principles.
Support marketing campaign activity, writing copy for advertising, social media, marketing collateral, website landing pages, emails as required.
Work with the brand manager to draft and submit award entries that promote our business achievements.
Use the ‘Writing for Customers’ and ‘Writing for Partners’ guidelines to create and update existing communications that will be used across printed and digital channels (e.g. letters, emails, websites, SMS, telephony scripts and IVRs).
Work alongside the Senior Marketing Manager and Brand Manager to ensure all customer and partner copy aligns to our tone of voice and brand values. Support operational colleagues and document owners to educate and raise awareness of our Writing for Customers and Partners principles.
Play a leading role in the document review group (DRG), ensuring documents receive the necessary approvals before being used externally.
Support the incident response team, where reactive communications are required to customers or partners.
Utilise expertise to continually evolve and enhance copy based upon insights from testing, analytics and wider market research.
Live and breathe the company values and develop effective working relationships across CBMF.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

Proven experience of creating copy used across a wide range of channels.
Excellent verbal, written and presentational skills.
Must be able to work under pressure and commit to deadlines. Attention to detail is key.
Experience of working in a high performing, fast paced marketing/content creation team.
Must be proactive and flexible, taking ownership of tasks and seeking to add value wherever possible.
Matrix management experience (e.g. with peers, project teams, external agencies) with the ability to manage up and across the line.
Tenacious and willing, can be ‘hands-on’ as required to get the job done.
