The Vacancy
An exciting new opportunity has arisen within our Property Services team for a full time, permanent Scheduler, supporting our Compliance Team within Property Services.
The Property Services Scheduler will work under the overall management and guidance of the Property Services Manager and with support from the Supervisors to provide administrative and operational support of the coordination of workload diaries for our multi-skilled Trade staff and Property Services Supervisors using our in-house scheduling system. You will manage and maintain the scheduling of compliance check work orders, customer appointments and inspections in order to meet business targets.
You will have experience of working within a Property Maintenance function or similar and have experience of work planning in a repairs environment. It is essential that you have strong IT skills with the ability to use a broad range of software. Having a basic knowledge and understanding across multiple trade disciplines and have experience of providing excellent customer service is also essential.
You will hold at least four standard GCSE grades or equivalent including Maths and English.
