Join the Close Brothers Partner Accounts Team where you will be responsible for building and sustaining relationships with our broker accounts and ensure the business taken on by Close Brothers Motor Finance is within the set parameters. Working as part of the Partner Accounts team our ideal team member will have previous experience in managing partner accounts effectively and efficiently to ensure the business performs within the set limits and budgets with excellent planning and organisational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry out duties to the company standard policy and procedures
  • General sales / relationship management administration duties
  • Utilise all business systems to required standards
  • Working as part of wider Broker Accounts relationship management team, collaborate always to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Complete new broker set-up process
  • Support the Broker Relationship Manager to onboard collaboratively
  • Work in collaboration with the Broker Relationship Managers to review underwriting challenges / declines
  • Liaise with operations to ensure timely pay-out of new business
  • Act as a primary contact and liaison for all assigned relationships
  • Support operations in management of sales related work flow
  • Manage dealer partnership management information requests
  • Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A strong communicator, with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer focused environment
  • Demonstrable experience of working within a structured process
  • Excellent IT Skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • The ability to work well as part of a team

IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE:

  • Proven Broker Account business development capability at an appropriate level
  • Previous experience of working in business to business sales environment
  • Demonstrable experience of a structured sales process
  • Knowledge of regulations relating to Compliance, Data Protection, Anti Money Laundering, Consumer Credit Directive and Consumer Credit Act
