We are excited to recruit for this role at Golding and appoint a new Clearance Operative.
You will be part of a fantastic Voids team in our Repairs and Maintenance department and play a key role in shaping our future.
What you'll be doing
You'll be clearing void properties that have been left with belongings ready for the voids team to carry out works. You may also be required to support our bulk waste and repairs teams.
You will work with another clearance operative and be allocated your fully equipped vehicle to carry out your duties throughout Kent. The position offers a varied workload so you'll need to be adaptable. Working as part of our team you will be supported by your supervisor and manager.

Experience of working in a face paced environment with set targets or a voids environment would be an advantage. You must hold a current valid manual driving licence so that you can drive the company’s vehicles.

When and where you'll be doing it
You will enjoy a 40 hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £26,928 dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.
