At IRIS Software Group, we’re hiring for a Client Payroll Associate to support our rapidly growing payroll team. This is a brilliant entry level position for someone who enjoys working with numbers, problem solving, dealing with clients and being part of a team that helps the business succeed.

 

This is an in person role 5 days per week based at our Manchester office (M1 4DY).

 

💬 What Will You Be Doing?

• Produce month end invoices

• Manage the bureau e-mail inbox

• Assign emails to the appropriate Payroll Coordinator

• Client paperwork filing

• Log customer queries to ensure departmental KPIs are met

• Update the Squid system

• Assist with ad hoc duties as and when required to include but not

limited to administration duties, answering telephone calls

• Pay employees accurately and on time following the customers

processing guide

• Ensure the processing guide is kept up to date and version

controlled as per customer requirements

• Ensure processes are followed as per the data protection and

GDPR regulations, raising any issues with the Team Leader.

• Update the Account Manager/Project Manager of any concerns or

changes requested by customers

Skills/Experience:

• MS Office

• Word

• Excel

• Payroll software experience (advantageous but not mandatory)

 

Qualifications:

• Educated to GCSE level (Grades A-C)

• Any payroll experience (advantageous but not mandatory)
