We are looking for compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join our team in York.

 

What You'll Do:

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care, supporting individuals with their daily activities, personal care, communication, and social needs. Other key responsibilities are:

  • Supporting individuals with daily tasks like personal care, meal preparation, and medication.
  • Encouraging independence and helping them achieve their personal goals.
  • Bringing positivity, patience, and kindness to every interaction.
  • Organising activities that spark joy and create meaningful connections.
