This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We are looking to recruit a Contract Manager on a permanent basis within our Asset Management Team.

Your main role will include direct line management of a team supporting the delivery of Investment works to our housing portfolio, along with management of external contractors. 

The Investment Team is at the heart of our 30-year investment programme on delivering excellent quality homes.  The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and will be an effective communicator with the ability to liaise with all stakeholders.  They should have a detailed knowledge of building construction, a track record of contract and budget management, CDM & Asbestos Regulations and a good understanding of the decent homes standard.

You will provide leadership to the team through effective coaching, mentoring, one to ones and team briefings.  Ensuring the team and contractors are objective driven and are working to policy and procedure and ensuring they are meeting Connexus Standards.

This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
