We are looking to recruit a Senior Educational Support Assistant to work as part of the Inclusion Team to support learners with SEND and ensure the team provide effective support. In addition as a Senior ESA, you will work with ESA’s to develop their skills and knowledge, along with supporting tutors with strategies for various SEND needs.
The successful applicant will have had a minimum of three years previous experience of working with adults or children in a support capacity and a level 3 qualification in Learner Support or be willing to undertake this.
All successful applicants will need to undertake an enhanced disclosure and barring service check and children and adults barred list checks where the applicant will be employed in a regulated activity.
