Avela Home Service – Groundworker (Fencing)

Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 per annum dependent upon experience

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Location: Field based role within the Speke/Garston areas of South Liverpool, Merseyside

This role is offered through our Joint Venture with Penny Lane Builders - Avela Home Service - who are responsible for our repairs and maintenance services. What will your role be?

As a Groundworker, you will provide an effective and efficient day to day works of the groundworks, fencing, brickwork and specialist services that Avela Home Service provides. You will work on void and responsive programmes.

 

What skills and experience will you have?

You will be competent in fencing and hold an NVQ Level 2 in your core trade skill. You will hold a full UK driving licence, have an awareness of the provisions of Health & Safety requirements and possess excellent teamwork and communication skills.
