Due to expansion & a growth strategy, Windtechs Ltd, part of the RSK Group, have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development/Sales Manager to join their team based in Dolfor, Newtown. This is a full-time, permanent position, which can be remote with travel as and when required.

The successful Business Development/Sales Manager will be working alongside RSK group businesses – over 200 companies, utilising Windtechs’ engineering skill set to enhance the ability to provide a whole turbine service.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining client relationships through frequent contact, networking and trade event attendance
  • Research & investigate new opportunities within the existing knowledge & experience of the team or those that can be applied to new ventures
  • Working with senior team to set a sales budget then responsible for delivery
  • Commercial negotiation & pricing to bring new opportunities/ventures to fruition
  • Conduct handovers of new opportunities/ventures to the Operations Team
  • Marketing activities with support from other group businesses and central resources
  • Attending meetings, calls & completing reports

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Wind Industry knowledge required, preferably in provided services
  • Ambitious, organised, strong communicator/presenter & self-motivated
  • Commercial awareness with an attention to detail
  • Driving licence

Salary and Benefits:

  • £50,000 per annum
  • 33 days holiday including BHs.
