Due to the continued growth and associated success of Ridge, the Technology team is growing in capacity to meet demand & service across the company. We are looking for a talented D365 CoE Analyst to sit within the Ridge Technology team. You would join at an exciting time of growth in the wider company especially in the Technology team, where investment is being made to match the needs due to the success of the business.

About the role

We are looking for someone with a real passion for providing excellent Customer Support, who has the desire and willingness to learn and grow. We are interested in applicants who have established experience as Microsoft D365 F&O analyst, potentially also with demonstrable knowledge of PowerApps, or people who are eager to grow into the role from relevant expertise. This person will play a crucial role within the wider Technology team to ensure our D365 systems and Power Apps are secure, updated, available, and working well. The D365 CoE Team will operate these systems and provide both functional and technical support to our internal users.  Excellent communication skills will be critical to successfully collaborate with all stakeholders and ensure success.

What you need to do to be effective in this role

  • Be process driven with the ability to resolve both technical and functional issues
  • Able to assist with management and maintenance of our D365 F&O environments
  • Engage in the end-to-end support experience for D365 F&O
  • Identify and suggest improvements to the support model and tools we use
  • Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain and improve process documents relating to D365 F&O
  • Promote and drive a culture of Delivery Excellence as part of the team

The skills and experience you need to have for this role

  • Relevant experience within an D365 F&O support role (functional / technical)
  • Working knowledge of SaaS platforms (Azure, D365, M365) and ITSM tooling (Halo)
  • Self-motivated to deliver with excellence
  • Passion for continuous learning and development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management skills
