Salary: MPS - UPS: £31,650 - £49,084 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)

Working Pattern: This is a fixed term position working 0.2 FTE, 39 weeks per year

Bolham Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, efficient and effective SENDCo from September 2025. The SENDCo role is 1 day per week. Our SENDCo is a key member of our senior leadership team.

We are looking for a skilled experienced SENDCo who:

  • Is an excellent classroom practitioner, able to demonstrate high levels of effectiveness in the classroom.
  • Has strong organisational, leadership and communication skills, and is able to offer advice, support and motivation to children, staff, parents and the wider community.
  • Will lead and manage the school’s provision of SEND.
  • Can demonstrate their ability to deliver the best possible outcomes for all learners.
  • Can demonstrate their evidence of successful multi agency working.
  • Will preferably already hold or be working towards the National Professional SENDCo Qualification.
