The Vacancy
About this Role
We’re looking for someone who’s naturally curious, likes things done right, and wants to make a meaningful impact across a business with over 1,000 employees and 32,000+ assets. Based at our Head Office in Milton Keynes, this role will see you working across all Dawsongroup divisions, helping ensure we operate responsibly, efficiently and in line with our industry-leading standards.
Focus on internal audit and compliance across multiple business units
Assist with preparation and delivery of audit reports and corrective actions
Support the continuous development of ISO management systems
Collaborate with teams at all levels of the organisation
Help identify and implement improvements that drive real value
About You
You enjoy seeing the full picture. You’re meticulous but not rigid, and you know how to build trust by asking the right questions in the right way. Whether you’ve worked in audit formally or developed your skills in a regulated environment, you’ve got the drive and confidence to work independently and collaboratively.
Previous audit experience is essential
Strong knowledge or practical involvement with ISO frameworks (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
Comfortable engaging with operational and senior teams
Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Self-driven with a proactive mindset
