You’ll be responsible for:
Speaking with customers who are facing financial difficulties, offering understanding and tailored solutions.
Identifying vulnerable customers at an early stage and providing the right level of support.
Working with clients to deliver a specialist collections service that prioritizes fairness and sustainability.
Building positive relationships with customers and guiding them towards financial stability.
Handling customer queries professionally and ensuring their needs are met with empathy and efficiency.
Receiving up to 6 weeks of training to ensure you’re fully equipped for success.
