Full Time, 6 Months Temporary Contract
About You
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Development team as a Development Officer.
You will be part of a great team focused on the delivery of our new homes as we aim to complete 500 new homes by March 27, with 111 due to be completed in 2025.
You will need a positive, can do attitude and will be supported to deliver. You must be able to manage a busy and complex workload and be willing to travel frequently across our North West and East of England regions. This will vary depending on your location as well as the requirements of the business and is a great opportunity for you to get involved in the progression of a variety of schemes!
You will ideally have experience of working successfully in a Housing Association Development role including delivery of both Homes England funded and S106 schemes.
If you think you’ve got most of what we are looking for, but not everything, we’d still love to hear from you.
Interviews are anticipated to take place around 11th June at our offices in Lightfoot Street, Chester.
