The role

Our Customer Success Architects act as the primary technical advisor and champion for Managed Service Customers, dedicated to maximising the value of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers and colleagues to refine and enhance platform functionality, ensuring businesses harness the full potential of these technologies to achieve their strategic goals. As a trusted expert, you will provide insightful guidance, a clear strategic vision, and technical support, playing a key role in driving customer success and optimising the use of these platforms.

 

What you'll be doing...

  • Leading vision and roadmap sessions to shape strategies across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement stack & Power Platform.
  • Develop, continually improve and deliver engagements that drive customer value.
  • Perform reviews and health checks against customer environments to assess adoption, maturity and best practice.
  • Advise customers on new features & updates, describing the business value of adopting these features to ensure their solutions and platforms continually improve and leverage evolving technology.
  • Architect enhancements to customers’ existing workloads and coordinate with the account managers and customer success managers to ensure enhancements are delivered.
  • Conduct educational sessions and workshops to enhance customer and internal team knowledge.
  • Serve as an escalation point for the Business Applications Squad to customer queries and problem tickets.
  • Collaborate with Squads to ensure quality of support, processes, (BAU) services, and compliance management.
  • Compile and present reporting each month to update the board on each customers status. 
  • Work in partnership with the Customer Success Managers in delivering shared duties to customers.

What will I bring to the role?

  • Functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement apps
  • Technical Expertise across Power Platform (Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, Dataverse)
  • Awareness of enterprise practices and the importance of having well-defined strategy and guardrails.
  • A strong focus on business outcomes, with the ability to demonstrate the business value that the technology delivers.
  • Understanding of AI’s impact on customer modernisation and how Power Platform & D365 can support this.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and provide innovative solutions
  • Strong customer service orientation
