UX/CRO & Experimentation Specialist
We seek a seasoned UX/CRO Experimentation Consultant with at least 4+ years of experience to enhance our innovative experimentation projects across all our clients. The successful candidate will possess expertise in front-end technologies, an understanding of and maybe capability with design and development. You will understand performance experimentation and website optimisation. Furthermore, your leadership capabilities will be spotlighted as you contribute to client calls, distilling complex principles into digestible insights, fostering a collaborative environment, and steering collective efforts towards our strategic goals. Collaborating within a dynamic team, including designers, developers and strategists, you will navigate through developing client-side experiments, playing a crucial role in conceptualising and implementing strategic customer experience initiatives.
We need you to
Analyse client’s website performance and look for opportunities for improvement to assist with hypothesis creation.
Ensure that tests are developed precisely to specification, with a keen eye on feasibility and potential impact.
Engage in peer code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and optimising for performance and reliability.
Diligently review and debug tracking solutions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Evaluate the feasibility of proposed tests, providing insights into technical and strategic implications.
Monitor and analyse the performance of live A/B tests, ensuring accurate data collection.
You’ll be

You’ll have
2 plus years of experience in understanding and improving user journeys
3-4 years of experience with one or more A/B Testing solutions like VWO
Som understanding of HTML/CSS
Experience ensuring design and functionality consistency across various browsers and devices.
Solid understanding of data analytics, mainly using tools like GA4 and Adobe Analytics, and the technical facets of data management.
Effective Communicator: Articulating complex technical findings and strategies effectively to diverse stakeholders, confident in presentation.
Collaborative. Engaging positively and constructively with team members and stakeholders to drive project success.
Experience providing technical consultancy, preferably within an experimentation or development context.
Nice to have
Design experience with Figma and or Photoshop
Innovative Thinker Continually seeking and implementing innovative solutions to enhance experimentation capabilities.
Experience with tagging tools like Google Tag Manager
Hands-on experience with analytics sol
Some expertise/awareness in native Javascript (ES5 ES6)
