This is your chance to be the first point of contact for our customers, creating a welcoming and professional experience every time. You'll play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly, ensuring calls, queries, and orders are handled with efficiency and care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operating Switch Board 
  • Customer Service – Greet visitors, manage calls, and provide excellent support to customers.
  • Sales & Order Champion – Process orders with precision, assist with returns, and keep customers informed on their deliveries.
  • Organizational Guru – Handle office admin duties, manage records, and keep everything running like clockwork.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administration.
  • A confident communicator with strong verbal & written skills.
  • A multitasking whiz who stays calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (bonus points for CRM experience!).
  • A proactive, adaptable, and team-focused attitude.
  • Data input, great attention to detail
