This is a Permanent, Part Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We’re looking for an organised Administrator to join our Community team. You'll be a key member of our team, You'll handle everything from call enquiries and emails to assisting with reports and administration documentation.

About You

Join our dedicated community hospice team, where we provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families. We pride ourselves on providing personalised timely care and to enable this to be delivered seamlessly we are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our busy department.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the community hospice team.
  • Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Salary: £14,500 per annum

Hours: 22.5 hours a week
