Join Our Team as a Offender Wellbeing Navigator!

Do you enjoy making a real difference to people’s lives and helping individuals build a future away from crime?

As an Offender Wellbeing Navigator, you’ll support adult males in the justice system across North Yorkshire. You’ll hold a caseload and work 1:1 and in groups to help individuals on probation improve their emotional resilience, build community connections, and make positive lifestyle choices. Using a trauma-informed approach, you’ll help reduce re-offending and support clients in achieving lasting personal wellbeing.

 

Who we’re looking for:

• You’ll have experience managing a caseload and providing person-centred support.
• You can build strong, professional relationships while maintaining clear boundaries.
• You understand the challenges faced by individuals with an offending history and know how to work in a trauma-informed way.
• You’re organised, empathetic, and confident in working both independently and with partners.

 

Please be aware that any offer of employment is subject to the successful completion of Enhanced Level 1 vetting.
