  • Producing and presenting accurate monthly forecasts, commercial performance reports, and contributing to board-level reporting.
  • Leading the delivery of stage payments, variations, and commercial risk management.
  • Attending senior leadership meetings and working collaboratively to continuously improve business processes.
  • Contributing to strategic business planning, budgeting, and reporting KPIs across the commercial function.
  • Maintaining excellent customer relationships and supporting long-term partnerships through a customer-first approach.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience at Manager level within a commercial or quantity surveying role in the construction or utilities sector.

  • Excellent leadership and people development skills, with a passion for coaching and mentoring.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering successful outcomes across multiple contracts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and build trusted relationships.
  • High-level IT competency, particularly in Excel; strong report writing and data analysis skills.
