About You
Are you a data-driven digital leader with a passion for optimisation and customer experience? We're looking for a Digital Optimisation Manager to drive our digital performance strategy - championing CRO, personalisation, and UX enhancements that deliver real, measurable results. This is your opportunity to make a tangible impact across high-profile digital platforms, leveraging cutting-edge tools to elevate user journeys and business outcomes.
In this role, you will take ownership of digital optimisation programmes from concept to execution. With a strong foundation in digital marketing or analytics and deep insight into user behaviour, you’ll turn complex data into clear, actionable strategies. Whether it’s configuring multivariate tests in Convert or Sitecore, or analysing session recordings in Hotjar, you're fluent in the tools and techniques that drive performance.
You are collaborative by nature and thrive in fast-paced, agile environments. Working across product, tech, and marketing teams, you’ll manage competing priorities while staying focused on continuous improvement. From leading sprint reviews and refining UX flows to presenting test insights to stakeholders, your strategic thinking and attention to detail set you apart.
What you bring to the role:
Proven experience in CRO, personalisation, and data-driven decision-making
Strong understanding of UX/UI and digital optimisation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMrush, Sitemorse, Convert)
Hands-on experience with A/B and multivariate testing tools (e.g., Sitecore, Convert, or Webtrends Optimize)
Familiarity with Digital Experience Platforms (DXPs) such as Sitecore

Your Impact
In this pivotal role, you will drive our digital optimisation agenda—improving conversion, enhancing user experience, and enabling personalisation at scale. Your work will directly influence how customers engage with our brand online.
What you will do:
Own and deliver the digital optimisation roadmap, focused on CRO, UX enhancements, and personalisation.
Lead end-to-end testing programmes using AB/multivariate testing tools like Convert, Webtrends Optimize, and Sitecore.
Analyse customer journeys using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar, and Sitemorse to identify and implement optimisation opportunities.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and present these to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with digital, content, and product teams to plan, implement and measure test-and-learn initiatives.
Help shape digital experiences using DXP platforms such as Sitecore to deliver personalised content and journey improvements.
Play an active role in agile sprint planning and digital project delivery.
