Now, we’re looking for a Creative UX/UI Specialist to join our in-house creative agency and help us bring bold, user-centric digital experiences to life.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our Enterprise Marketing + Comms team, you’ll:

  • Lead the design of intuitive, engaging digital experiences across websites, apps, landing pages, and internal tools.
  • Use behavioural data, user research, and UX best practices to shape seamless user journeys.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and digital teams to bring ideas to life—from wireframes to polished UI.
  • Champion accessibility, responsive design, and brand consistency in everything you create.
  • Help evolve our digital design system and support campaigns with standout creative.

🧠 What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in an in-house or matrixed corporate environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your UX thinking and visual design skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma or XD.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and front-end principles (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for storytelling through design and a sharp eye for detail.
