We are looking for a well-organised Service Administrator with a high attention to detail to join our busy team in our new branch location in Whittlesey, Peterborough.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple tasks efficiently, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

You must be able to manage your time effectively, meet tight deadlines, and work both independently and as part of an encouraging and supportive team.

 

The role:

This role provides key administration support to the service team ensuring our customer service is delivered to our high standards.

From processing engineer timesheets to invoicing completed jobs, raising purchase order numbers to ordering parts, and maintaining important records linked to the branch compliance, this role will provide a variation of tasks each day and give the successful candidate a great opportunity to develop and grow their skills within a very supportive team.
