Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday–Friday (4 days onsite) 

 

Are you a proactive, organised, and values-driven person ready to make a real difference in mental health support across Birmingham? 

At Birmingham Mind, we are proud of our inclusive, person-centred approach and our role as a key player in the city’s mental health system. Now we have settled into our new home at Albert House, we are looking for a Senior Office Administrator to help us shape the future of our central operations. 

What you will do: 

  • Be the engine behind our leadership team’s meetings—organising, minuting, and tracking actions. 

  • Partner with the PA to the CEO to ensure Albert House runs like clockwork. 

  • Support the Workforce Development Manager with training logistics and warm welcomes. 

  • Be a friendly face at reception, manage bookings, supplies, and support a new team of office volunteers. 

  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and care. 

 

What you will bring: 

  • Experience in a busy office environment and juggling multiple priorities. 

  • A collaborative spirit and a passion for supporting others. 

  • Strong communication skills and confidence using Microsoft Office. 

  • A values-led mindset and a commitment to inclusion and mental health awareness.
