Your responsibilities:

  • To manage and administrate the Technical Support Team.
  • Create and disseminate technical information and procedures.
  • Report and Liaise with our Factories and Head Office with reference to product failures.
  • To offer clear, detailed and accurate technical solutions and advice to all internal and external customers relating to all products serviced by BSH.
  • Maintain tool requirements for internal technicians

 

Your profile:

  • Excellent technical knowledge and understanding
  • Knowledge of the home appliance industry and regulations
  • Exceptional, and demonstrable, people management and analytical skills.
  • Strong minded with a flexible approach to meet/exceed the business objectives.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
