OVERALL SUMMARY

Join TrinityBridge's Bespoke Investment Management Services Team where you will lead a function structured around three core pillars:

  • Investment Management Support Office (IMSO) – focused on day-to-day operational delivery and front-line support,
  • Bespoke Business Assurance – ensuring robust control, regulatory compliance, and risk monitoring, and
  • Strategic Administration Services – driving process optimisation and continuous improvement.

This role provides strategic direction, ensures operational excellence, and fosters a collaborative, high-performing culture. By balancing immediate service needs with long-term improvements and strong governance, the Manager plays a key role in supporting the Bespoke Investment Management teams and enhancing the overall client experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & Strategic Oversight

  • Lead and manage the three pillars of Bespoke Investment Management Services, ensuring alignment with business needs and team capacity.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to support growth, operational efficiency, and high-quality service delivery across all Bespoke Investment Management regions.
  • Represent the team in senior management forums, governance meetings, and project working groups, ensuring its contributions are recognised and aligned with firm-wide priorities.
  • Collaborate with Change, IT, Operations, and L&D to support the delivery of improvement initiatives and training programmes.

Operational Excellence & Service Delivery

  • Define and embed best practice across the three pillars, ensuring consistency, quality, and that the client experience is at the heart of all decisions.
  • Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, responsive support to Investment Management teams and their clients.
  • Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Bespoke IM procedure manual, ensuring it remains current, practical, and aligned with regulatory or internal policy.
  • Monitor and enhance front-line controls and risk management processes, including ownership of RCSAs, incident management and regulatory reporting.
  • Ensure all operational and transformation activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements, including AML, suitability, Consumer Duty, and data protection.
  • Own the delivery of management information and performance metrics to monitor adherence to procedures, service standards, and client outcomes.
  • Coordinate service management meetings with Investment Managers and Administrators, capturing themes and feeding in the change agenda.

People Management & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across the three pillars, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and accountable culture.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development to ensure the team remains skilled, engaged, and resilient.
  • Act as a role model for cross-functional collaboration, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Promote TrinityBridge’s business principles and champion diversity, equity and inclusion across the team.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for front office queries and procedural guidance.
  • Drive the adoption of automation and efficiency-enhancing technologies to support scalable, client-focused solutions.

 

Regulatory responsibilities ¦ Compliance/T&C

  • Ensure all transformation activities comply with industry regulations and standards, regularly updating processes to align with new requirements.
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients.
  • Ensure that digital tools and processes used in new initiatives and transformation projects adhere to data security and privacy regulations.
  • Comply with the firm’s PA Dealing policy and all other personal conduct requirements.
  • Complete all mandatory training within required timeframes and maintain appropriate CPD to demonstrate ongoing competence.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role and apply effective risk management with a focus on good client outcomes.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:

  • Proven leadership experience in investment administration or business support within asset management or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and operational risk management.
  • Working towards or holding a relevant qualification (e.g., IOC or equivalent) preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
